Show 52: Excerpt - Adult Siblings Raised to be Best Friends

From youngest to oldest (left to right):

Hannah, Christina, Clifford and Rebecca

OFTEN IT SEEMS people come to appreciate their siblings a little later in life, especially when they no longer all live under the same roof. Siblings who were our worst enemies as children can become our best friends as adults through coming to appreciate our shared experienced and common memories.

Such is the case with the Lien siblings. Rebecca, Clifford, Christina and Hannah - all adults living near one another in Alaska - consider each other their best friends and closest confidantes, and they credit their mom, Deborah, for encouraging their closeness.

Contributor Jessica Cochran spent an evening with this fun and energetic family to learn about their sisterly and brotherly love for each other.
