When UAA student Caroline Willis was 18 years old she lost her mother to cancer. It took her years of processing her "teenage rage" and sadness to come to terms with her grief. Now 26-years old, she shares this intimate essay with Kids These Days! about how she struggled, coped and ultimately found peace in the years since her mother passed away.
