The Sandwich Generation: Caring For Your Kids & Your Parents

Millions in the United States are caring for aging parents, as well as raising children at the same time; this group of people who are caring for family members on both ends of the age spectrum are called The Sandwich Generation.
Producer Sarah Gonzales spoke with journalist, columnist and speaker Carol Abaya whose Sandwich Generation Survival Course was developed after her own experience with caregiver stress. She spoke to us from New Jersey.
